Хороший отель. Хороший завтрак. Вечером в ресторане немного темно, плохо видно меню. Ежедневная уборка номера. Есть холодильник.Рабочий стол.

The hotel needs replenishment of staff who has hotel and guest services experience . People working there are like from the government offices . Rigid and rude

The hotel is totally run down . Walls have humidity marks full of fungus and dirt . The laminate floor in the rooms are worn out . The rooms stink . Worst part the hotel couldn’t Organiser sparkling water or soda water at 11 pm when I was having a acid reflex . Had to stay up all night . Next day ordered soda water for emergency sake and ask them to cancel the bill during check out as the drinks were not opened and they refuse to cancel the bill and shamelessly still charged me for the drinks . Which I never used . Lousy service by the receptionist and repeats policies like a robot . Never staying there again . Would recommend everyone not to
